How do I claim?

Simply purchase 2 or more 20L drums of CLiK™ Extra between June 15 and September 15 2022 and retain your purchase receipt. Visit the website www.elancorewards.com.au, follow the prompts and input the requested details including a photo of your purchase receipt.

How do I know that my claim has been received?

Once we receive your claim successfully, you will receive an email to the email address used in your claim form advising you that we are validating your claim. If your claim is successful, you will receive email instructions on how to access your gift card. If your claim is not successful, we will contact you with reasons why and how to recify.

What will I receive?

Every valid purchase of 2 x 20L drums of CLiK™ Extra within the purchase period will receive a $200 gift card. Plus, you will also receive a $100 gift card for every additional drum purchased in the same transaction.

When will I receive my gift card?

Once your claim has been verified your gift card will be processed and delivered to you via your email address used when claiming. You will receive it within 14 days.

How long do I have to make my claim?

You can claim your rewards via www.elancorewards.com.au until October 31 2022, or once the prize pool has been exhausted.

When does the promotion end?

This promotion closes for purchases on September 15 2022, however you have until October 31 to make your claim.

Receiving your gift card

Once we have validated your claim, you will receive a gift email from Prezzee, follow the below steps to view and store the eGift Card on your mobile device or desktop computer.

  1. Locate the gift email and click Open Gift
  2. The gift page will launch, once you have read the message, click Open Gift

You will receive a Prezzee Smart eGift Card, which means you can swap the eGift Card for a retailer eGift Card of your choice by clicking Swap Now. Alternatively, you can store the eGift Card in your Prezzee Wallet by clicking Store in your Prezzee Wallet. You do not need to decide the retailer that you wish to swap the Prezzee Smart eGift Card for immediately, but keep in mind there is an expiry date for Prezzee Smart eGift Card.

When does my gift card expire?

Expiry dates can be found on the front and back of your gift card in your ewallet.

Do I need to activate my egift card?

No, they are automatically activated when you receive the gift card.

What is the security PIN and why do I need it?

Your safety is our top priority and we’re not sparing on security measures. To ensure enhanced security, we’ve added a four digit security PIN which is being sent to all recipients and is required to access their gift. Recipients can find this PIN in their gift email / SMS.

Where can I find my four digit security PIN?

The security PIN is sent along with the gift email, if you’re unable to find it, please contact Prezzee here.

My security PIN doesn’t work
